Triathlete camps
Below you will find brief details of the Test & Train 7 day live-in camps for Triathletes. We also offer a 3 day Camp - mid week (arrive Tuesday depart Friday) or a weekend camp (arrive Friday depart Monday). The camps are held at our Narrabeen location at the Sydney Academy of Sports facility - set in 300 acres (120 hectares) of natural bushland, next to a lake by a surf beach on the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney. A truly spectacular location. The Academy provides accommodation in its own motel or cabins. It offers all the testing and training facilities needed for any athlete. Testing: a series of biomechanical, fitness and performance tests are carried out on individual athletes using world leading technology and the test results are discussed in detail during the time at this live-in camp. A personalised training programme is then developed for each athlete. Tests includes body composition, lactate, fuel efficiency, gait analysis, iso-kinetic testing.
